Exhibit or advertise at the ISPS-US 18th Annual Meeting:
Psychosis, Citizenship, and Belonging: Forging Pathways toward Inclusion and Healing
November 1-3, 2019
New Haven, Connecticut
Omni New Haven at Yale
You may rent a 6' exhibit table, or place inserts in the conference bags.
We expect 175-200 people to attend the meeting, many of whom will have an interest in your organization's mission. They will represent both the New Haven region and the rest of the U.S., with some international attendees.
Bag inserts: Send 200 copies of the item. Shipping instructions will be sent upon payment. You must send us a description, picture or sample of the item for approval. Items deemed incongruent with the mission of ISPS-US will be returned with the fee.
Exhibits can remain up from 8 a.m. Saturday until 5 p.m. Sunday, and tables can be staffed or unstaffed, but you must set them up and break them down. The exhibit space is not available on Friday. Exhibitors may not set up the day before because there are other events in that space.
Note that the venue does not allow anything to be attached to the walls. Any valuables such as laptops must be secured by you. We cannot be responsible for the security of any items.
