But please make your guest room reservation here:

Note: The Courtyard by Marriott is next to City Hall. Do not confuse it with the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, which is at 1201 Market St. and is a much larger hotel. Make sure you enter Courtyard by Marriott Downtown on your GPS.

Public Transportation (SEPTA):

  • Blue Line (Market/Frankford El) and Green Line (Trolleys): The hotel is .1 miles from 13th St. Station.
  • Orange/Broad Street Line (subway). The hotel is .1 miles from City Hall Station.
  • Regional Rail: It is about a block from Suburban Station. (Suburban here means under the city, not in the suburbs.)
  • SEPTA bus: see for local bus information.

Take the train to PHL 30th Street Station. Then you can switch to the trolley. Go outside the station and cross 30th St at Market. There are also cabs and Uber/Lyft available.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
There are taxis and a SEPTA train available. Take the Airport Line to Suburban Station, and then go about a block to the hotel.

Tell your driver to take you to the NE corner of City Hall, 21 N. Juniper St. The hotel will be on your right. There is also an entrance to the hotel on the 13th St. side.

Philadelphia Bus Station
1001 Filbert St.
Philadelphia, PA 19107

Drops off at Independence Hall or 30th St. Station. Independence Hall is a little closer.

Parking is difficult in Center City. The hotel offers valet parking for $55.13 a night. You may do better at other lots nearby. Search for parking near City Hall. You can sometimes get street parking, but read the signs carefully or you may be towed. Some meters must be fed on Sundays. We recommend that you use public transportation or get a ride if you can.
