ISPS-US 17th Annual Meeting:
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Wholeness in Extreme States
November 9-11, 2018
Proposals must be submitted online by May 21, 2018.
We welcome proposals for presentations, papers, panel discussions, and creative or alternative formats focused on psychological and social approaches to psychosis or extreme mental states. We encourage interactive and experiential formats. A variety of perspectives and topics are welcome and we are interested in representing a diversity of voices. All professional disciplines, experts by experience, and family members are encouraged to submit proposals. Please share your knowledge, experience, energy, and hope.
Incomplete or late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be accepted by mail or email. ALL PRESENTERS MUST REGISTER AND PAY to attend the meeting. ACCEPTED PRESENTERS MUST SUBMIT ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK in a timely manner. THE CONTACT PERSON FOR PANELS IS RESPONSIBLE for keeping ISPS-US informed of any changes in contact information or if any presenters are unable to attend.
Every presenter must complete the online conflict of interest disclosure.

Directions: If you are submitting more than one proposal, you must complete a separate form for each proposal. (You do not need to submit all of your personal information, bio and CV again, just your name and the presentation information.) If you begin this form and can't complete it, click SUBMIT, and then you can come back later and enter the rest. There is no need to repeat what you have already submitted. You must click SUBMIT every time for us to receive your proposal.
You must supply all of the information for each presenter, and all presenters must sign the disclosure form, before your proposal will be considered. You will be directed to the online disclosure form after you complete this form.
The submission deadline for all proposals and disclosure forms is May 21, 2018.
INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS are 60 minutes long, including 15-20 minutes for discussion.
PANELS can include two to five presenters. Panels can be 60 or 90 minutes long, including 15-20 minutes for discussion.
ALTERNATIVE FORMATS, such as conversation hours, creative works, videos and book talks, are 60 minutes long.
