Exhibit or advertise at the ISPS-US 16th Annual Meeting:
Psychosis in Context: Exploring Intersections in Diverse Identities and Extreme States
November 17-19, 2017
University Place Hotel
Cosponsored by the EASA Center for Excellence at PSU
Hosted by the ISPS-US Pacific Northwest Branch.
We will have 6' exhibitor tables, or we can place inserts in the conference bags. (Authors and publishers can ask our bookseller to carry their books, but we cannot accept other book sellers.)
We expect 150-200 people to attend the meeting, many of whom will have an interest in your organization's mission. They will represent both the Portland region and the rest of the U.S., with some international attendees. The fee is just $200 ($175 for current ISPS-US Members) for a table or for a bag insert.
For inserts, we would need 200 copies of the item. Shipping instructions will be sent upon payment. Do not ship the items to ISPS-US. You must send me a description or sample of the item for approval. Items deemed incongruent with the mission of ISPS-US will be returned with the fee.
Exhibits can remain up from 8 a.m. Friday until 5 p.m. Sunday, and tables can be staffed or unstaffed, but you must set them up and break them down. The location is the Willamette Ballroom at University Place Hotel.
If you are interested in renting a table or having your inserts in the conference bags, please fill out the exhibitor information form. Table space will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your spot by sending a check, payable to ISPS-US, to:
P.O. Box 491
Narberth, PA 19072
Or pay via PayPal with the form below.
If you wish to renew your institutional membership or become an institutional member of ISPS-US, please send an additional check for $150 and email me a 100-word description of your organization, or pay online and fill out the form at www.isps-us.org/isps-us_membership_join.html.
Hope to see you in Portland!
